Submit Event Information

Submitted events and medallions will be considered for both the Better Times and aatoronto.org.

To submit information about a meeting (gratitude, candlelight, new, update, correction, etc.) go here.

There is no deadline for submissions to be included on the web site. All submitted events and medallions will be posted as soon as is possible. However, for the Better Times, submissions must be received by the 10th of any month for inclusion in the next month's Better Times. For example you would have to submit by May 10th for the June edition. Medallion submissions that come in after the deadline will be listed in the following month's Better Times. If you submitted a medallion on May 11th that would mean the medallion would be listed in the July issue of the Better Times as a "recent medallion."

Event Details/Description
Be sure to include your event's date(s) and the name of your group.
If submitting a group member's anniversary, please indicate whether the date is their actual AA birthday or the day on which they will receive their medallion. Typically we only publish the medallion date, and this is what we assume an unspecified date is.
We publish anniversaries for only medallion lengths of time (1 year, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc...).
