Info AA Day is an annual event hosted by the Greater Toronto Area Intergroup of Alcoholics Anonymous designed to provide information about Alcoholics Anonymous services, committees, and recovery resources across the Greater Toronto Area.
Held each year, the event brings together AA members, committee representatives, delegates, and guests to learn more about how AA functions within the community and how members can become involved in service and recovery support.
Purpose
Info AA Day serves as an opportunity to:
- Connect members with AA service committees, including Treatment, Corrections, Public Information, Archives, and Intergroup
- Share updates and reports on AA activities and services throughout the GTA
- Provide education about the structure and function of Alcoholics Anonymous
- Support both newcomers and long-time members in understanding available recovery resources
Event Highlights
The program typically includes:
- Delegate Report Back from the General Service Conference
- Presentations from Intergroup and Area committees
- Guest speakers from the General Service Office
- Opportunities to meet committee chairs and volunteers
- Fellowship, networking, and community engagement

Info AA Day is open to anyone interested in learning more about Alcoholics Anonymous in the Greater Toronto Area, including:
- Individuals seeking help with a drinking problem
- New AA members

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Admission is usually $10, which commonly includes lunch.

Info AA Day reflects AA’s spirit of unity and service by bringing members together in “brotherly and harmonious action.” The event acts as a bridge between the public and the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous, helping people better understand recovery, service, and support available through AA in Toronto.
